MARYSVILLE, Ohio, Oct. 11, 2012 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- The Scotts Miracle-Gro Company (NYSE: SMG), the world's largest marketer of branded consumer lawn and garden products, will release its fourth quarter financial results on Thursday, November 8 th, 2012, prior to the opening of the U.S. financial markets. The Company will host a conference call to discuss those results at 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time.
