Eco Building Products Forms Partnership With GLOBAL Encasement, Inc.

VISTA, Calif., Oct. 11, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Eco Building Products, Inc., (OTCBB: ECOB) announced today the Company has signed a binding agreement with GLOBAL Encasement, Inc. (GEI) of California. GEI is a Pro-Planet Positive Company that manufactures high quality, Class A Fire-Rated environmentally friendly, non-toxic protective coatings for renewable/sustainable waterproofing, roofing and most interior and exterior building surfaces, complimentary to ECOB's existing line of protected lumber products. GEI's products are also engineered, tested and approved to manage-in-place toxic and hazardous building materials such as Lead-Based Paint, Asbestos-Containing-Materials, Mold and Mildew. The partnership further solidifies the Company's presence in the marketplace, and subsequent expansion into a niche market sector involving building material encapsulation, supporting the Company's goals of teaching the world a new way to build.

The details of this partnership will benefit both companies, affording ECOB exclusive pricing on their current line of high-quality coating products, with ECOB operating as a distributor of all GEI products on a client by client basis, pushing this product into ECOB's current market sector, offering a new line of cost-effective, non-toxic building protection. GEI's products will be utilized in conjunction with Eco Red Shield ™ protection on all of ECOB's off-shore housing; walls and roofs.
