EP2M Selected By Artesian Resources Corporation To Lead Migration And Implementation Of Oracle Utilities Applications

EP ²M will migrate Artesian to the Oracle Utilities Customer Care and Billing application in order to deliver a 360-degree view of customer data, faster customer interactions and stronger financial controls.  The implementation of Oracle Utilities Mobile Workforce Management will improve scheduling efficiency and increase field crew productivity. EP ²M will use the Process Integration Pack for Oracle Utilities to ensure a smooth integration of the applications with near real-time communications.
