Enterprise General Counsel Hildebrandt Recognized Among The Best Corporate Lawyers

Enterprise Products Partners L.P. (NYSE:EPD) today announced that Stephanie C. Hildebrandt, senior vice president, general counsel and secretary of Enterprise’s general partner, was named Outstanding General Counsel for a midsize legal department during the 2012 Best Corporate Counsel Awards. Presented by the Houston Business Journal, the competition included 40 finalists from 11 categories who were judged by a panel of their peers.

Hildebrandt, who joined Enterprise in 2004 as deputy general counsel and assistant secretary, was elected vice president in 2006, general counsel in 2009 and senior vice president and secretary in 2010. She manages a staff of 15 in-house attorneys, a number which has increased significantly during her tenure to support the growth of Enterprise. She attributes that recruiting success to the opportunities offered at the partnership.

Hildebrandt holds a BS degree in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and earned her JD from the Tulane University Law School.
