TROY, Mich., Oct. 9, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Flagstar Bancorp, Inc. (NYSE: FBC) (the "Company") today released instructions for its third quarter 2012 earnings call, which will be held on Wednesday, October 24, 2012, from 11 a.m. to noon (ET). The purpose of the call is to discuss third quarter 2012 financial results, which will be released after the market closes on October 23, 2012. Representing the Company on the call will be Michael J. Tierney, president, Joseph P. Campanelli, CEO, and Paul D. Borja, CFO.
