Compass Diversified Holdings Declares Third Quarter 2012 Distribution Of $0.36 Per Share

WESTPORT, Conn., Oct. 9, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Compass Diversified Holdings (NYSE: CODI) ("CODI" or the "Company"), an owner of leading middle market businesses, announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash distribution of $0.36 per share. The distribution for the three months ended September 30, 2012 is payable on October 31, 2012 to all holders of record as of October 24, 2012.

We have now declared a distribution each quarter since our IPO in May of 2006 and, including this quarter, will have cumulatively distributed $8.5152 per share to our shareholders."
