Antares Pharma Announces Closing Of Public Offering Of Common Stock

Antares Pharma, Inc. (NASDAQ: ATRS) today announced the closing of its previously announced firm commitment underwritten public offering of 12,500,000 shares of the Company’s common stock at a purchase price of $4.00 per share. The net proceeds to the Company are expected to be approximately $46.7 million, after deducting underwriting commissions and estimated offering expenses payable by the Company. Jefferies & Company, Inc. and Oppenheimer and Co. Inc. acted as joint book-running managers for the offering. Cowen and Company, LLC and Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. Inc. acted as co-managers for the offering.
