, has been re-elected to the Board of Directors of CTIA-The Wireless Association®. CTIA is the international organization that represents the wireless telecommunications industry, including wireless carriers and their suppliers and providers and manufacturers of wireless data services and products. The announcement was made at
, being held October 9–11 in
San Diego, Calif.
As a re-elected board member, Sims will continue to help set CTIA's strategic direction with his deep expertise in building strong partner ecosystems among operators and delivering world-class interoperability across geographies spanning the globe.
"It is an honor to have been re-elected to the CTIA board. In our role as a custodian of the ecosystem that delivers messaging and data services between operators, Sybase 365 is required to build and maintain an expansive, flourishing network of operator partners," said Sims.
