Digi International® Inc. (Nasdaq: DGII) will release financial results for its fourth fiscal quarter and year ended 2012 on Thursday, November 1, 2012, after market close, and will host a conference call later the same day, at 5:00 p.m. ET (4:00 p.m. CT), to discuss the results.
