(NasdaqGS: AGII) announced today that it has given notice of redemption to the trustee of its 9.75% PXRE Capital Trust III $15,464,000 Junior Subordinated Debt Securities. The Debt Securities will be redeemed on November 23, 2012 at a redemption price equal to 100.975% of its principal amount, plus accrued and unpaid interest to the redemption date. Interest on the Debt Securities will cease to accrue on and after the redemption date.
