Mercer WIN | Advanced represents the latest milestone in the development of Mercer WIN. First introduced in mid-2010, Mercer WIN serves as a single access point for comprehensive HR data. It features information from over 20 million employees across 8,000 organizations that in turn provide market data for more than 100 countries. No matter where employees reside around the world, Mercer WIN enables fast, flexible access to market data and analytics. The information can be analyzed by industry, country, family, career stream and other variables and can be displayed via charts and graphs or printed and exported. By upgrading to Mercer WIN | Advanced, users can house their benchmark results and analyses all in a single place.
