Ivo Tjan Of CommerceWest Bank Presented At The Emerging Professionals Leadership Summit

Ivo Tjan, CEO of CommerceWest Bank was one of the presenting speakers for the Emerging Professionals Leadership Summit. The goal of the Summit is to expose young professionals in Orange County to effective leadership skills and techniques through the experience of successful leaders in business and other areas of life.

He joined other affluent Orange County CEOs to educate the Emerging Professionals on topics such as philanthropy, leadership, and networking. Mr. Tjan personally spoke about entrepreneurship, banking, life lessons, and understanding the philosophy: "It's not the mileage of the car, but where the car has been, that's most important." Afterwards, he also joined a CEO panel discussion on "Creating your own success".

When asked for a comment, Ivo Tjan stated, “When we started our careers we had to seek additional knowledge that we could apply to get where we are today.
