Investcorp Portfolio Company Fleetmatics Completes Initial Public Offering

NEW YORK, Oct. 4, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Investcorp, the international alternative asset manager, today announced that its portfolio company, Fleetmatics, a leading global provider of fleet management solutions for commercial fleet vehicles, priced its initial public offering of 7,812,500 shares of its common stock at a price to the public of $17.00 per share. The shares are expected to begin trading on the New York Stock Exchange on October 5, 2012 under the symbol "FLTX." Fleetmatics is offering 6,250,000 shares of common stock and selling stockholders are offering 1,562,500 shares of common stock. In addition, the selling stockholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 1,171,875 additional shares of common stock.

Barclays and BofA Merrill Lynch are acting as joint book-running managers for the offering. RBC Capital Markets, Stifel Nicolaus Weisel, and William Blair are acting as co-managers.
