Prior to joining
, Young served as managing director of human resources at Moss Adams LLP, a
-based national accounting firm with 20 offices. Young was also director of human resources at both KPMG LLP and Arthur Andersen LLP.

Young earned a bachelor's degree in accounting and finance from the
