NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Here's what Jim Cramer had to say on CNBC's "Squawk On The Street" Wednesday:

Shares of Netflix (NFLX) aren't seeing anything positive happening today and are merely rising on short covering, Cramer said.

Meanwhile, shares of Yahoo! (YHOO) are seeing a lot of positive things happening as a result of new CEO Marissa Mayer, which is why Cramer feels that stock will break out soon.

In the "ho-hum" category, Cramer said the world will need more oil rigs from National Oilwell Varco (NOV) eventually, but investors will see nothing in the short term. He was also bearish on Microsoft (MSFT), saying the company's new Windows product cycle appears to be a "yawner" with investors.

Cramer was much more excited about Gilead Sciences (GILD), a much loved stock that he said is going much higher.

Likewise with Priceline.com (PCLN), a stock that had lost its luster but is now starting to make a comeback.
