Universal Electronics Inc. (UEI) (NASDAQ: UEIC), Logitech International S.A. (SIX: LOGN) (NASDAQ: LOGI), Logitech Europe S.A., and Logitech Inc. today announced that they have settled a patent infringement lawsuit that was pending in the Federal District Court of the Central District of California since 2011.
