Transocean (RIG) upgraded at Goldman to Neutral from Sell, Goldman Sachs said. $54 price target. Concerns likely overdone.

Senior Housing Properties (SNH) numbers lowered at Jefferies. Shares of SNH now seen reaching $25, Jefferies said. Estimates also lowered on RIDEA platform stabilization. Buy rating.

Staples (SPLS) estimates lowered at UBS through 2014, UBS said. Benefits from the strategic plan remain unclear. Neutral rating and $12 price target.

AT&T (T) target raised at Oppenheimer to $42, Oppenheimer said. Lower iPhone 5 subsidies. Outperform rating.

Tesla Motors (TSLA) numbers lowered at Jefferies. Shares of TSLA now seen reaching $34, Jefferies said. Estimates also lowered on slower production ramp. Buy rating.

Verizon (VZ) target raised at Oppenheimer to $52, Oppenheimer said. Lower iPhone 5 subsidy. Outperform rating.
