Magellan Named A Top Workplace In Greater Hartford And Des Moines

Magellan Health Services Inc. (NASDAQ: MGLN) has been named a “Top Workplace” in greater Hartford, Conn., and the company’s subsidiary, Magellan Behavioral Health of Iowa, has been named a “Top Workplace” in Des Moines, according to two recent surveys. The designations were determined by employee questionnaires administered by Workplace Dynamics, in conjunction with the Hartford Courant, FOX-CT and Hartford Magazine in Connecticut and the Des Moines Register in Iowa.

This marks the second time in as many years that Magellan’s Avon-based headquarters has been named a top workplace in Hartford, and the first time Magellan’s Iowa Care Management Center has participated in the Des Moines survey.
