PAR Technology Corporation (NYSE:PAR) today announced that the U.S. Navy awarded its subsidiary, Rome Research Corporation (RRC), a contract to provide telecommunications operations and maintenance services at the Global Information Grid (GIG) facility in Souda Bay on the island of Crete, Greece. The value of the contract is $2.4 million. RRC operates other communications facilities for the Navy in the United States and throughout the world.
