The name change, which was effective today, was approved by the company’s board of directors on Aug. 7, 2012. The name change reflects the growth in the company’s operations beyond the
website and into a more diversified local media business.
The company’s NASDAQ trading symbol “LOCM” will not change. A letter will be sent to company shareholders with additional information. Questions regarding the name change should be directed to the company’s investor relations department.
