RLJ Lodging Trust Announces Third Quarter 2012 Dividend

RLJ Lodging Trust (the “Company”) (NYSE: RLJ) today announced that its Board of Trustees declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.165 per common share of beneficial interest, payable on October 15, 2012, to shareholders of record as of September 28, 2012.

Based on the Company’s common stock closing price of $18.98 on September 13, 2012, the annualized dividend represents a 3.5% yield.
