HILLSBORO, Ore., Sept. 13, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- FEI Company (Nasdaq:FEIC) announced that its board of directors has approved payment of a quarterly dividend of $0.08 per share of common stock. The dividend will be paid on October 23 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on October 10.
This is the second quarterly dividend paid by FEI. The initial $0.08 dividend was paid on July 24 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on July 11. The timing and amounts of future dividends are subject to determination and approval by FEI's board.
