LEATHER CHAIRS
DETAILS: Realspace Soho Prestigio high-back leather chairs imported by Office Depot Inc. of Boca Raton, Fla. and manufactured by True Innovations LLC of Hong Kong; sold exclusively at Office Depot retail stores nationwide and online at OfficeDepot.com from October 2008 through February 2011. The Prestigio model high-back leather office chairs were sold in black and have a five-leg metallic finish base with casters. The SKU number and the words "Realspace Soho" and "Prestigio High-Back Chair Black Leather" are printed on a label located on the underside of the seat. WHY: The seat plate can break, posing fall and injury hazards to consumers. INCIDENTS: Office Depot has received 78 reports of incidents involving seat plates breaking, including one report of a fall injury. HOW MANY: About 8,400.
