Potash (POT) downgraded at Citigroup to Neutral from Buy, Citigroup said. $47 price target. Potash market remains weak despite a run up in grain prices.

Silicon Laboratories (SLAB) upgraded at Williams from Hold to Buy, Williams Financial said. $46 price target. Company can prosper, even with a slower macro environment.

Standard Pacific (SPF) downgraded at UBS to Neutral from Buy, UBS said. $7 price target. Fairly valued after recent move.

Apple (AAPL - Get Report) target raised at Hudson Square to $900, according to Hudson Square. Company should see multiple expansion. Buy rating.

AllianceBernstein (AB) numbers raised at Citigroup. Shares of AB now seen reaching $17, Citigroup said. Estimates also increased as company offers significant operating leverage as volumes heal. Buy rating.

Alere (ALR) target lowered at Jefferies. Shares of ALR now seen reaching $26, Jefferies said. Triage FDA issues remain unsettled. Buy rating.

Franklin Resources (BEN) numbers raised at UBS. Shares of BEN now seen reaching $120, UBS said. Estimates also increased as monthly flows accelerate in August. Neutral rating.

Franklin Resources numbers increased at BMO. BEN estimates were raised through 2013, BMO Capital said. Company is attracting more assets. Market Perform rating and new $127 price target.

First Horizon (FHN) numbers boosted at Sterne Agee. Shares of FHN now seen reaching $11, according to Sterne Agee. Estimates also raised, as the company is improving efficiency. Neutral rating.

Paccar (PCAR) estimates, target lowered at Credit Suisse. PCAR estimates were cut through 2014, Credit Suisse said. Company continues to see lower U.S. demand. Neutral rating and new $43 price target.

Visa (V - Get Report) numbers raised at Oppenheimer. Shares of V now seen reaching $150, Oppenheimer said. Estimates also raised on accelerating August trends. Outperform rating.
