It invests in the real estate markets of United States. Host Hotels & Resorts has a market cap of $10.95 billion and is part of the financial sector. The company has a P/E ratio of 758, above the average real estate industry P/E ratio of 168.4 and above the S&P 500 P/E ratio of 17.7. Shares are up 7.2% year to date as of the close of trading on Thursday. Currently there are six analysts that rate Host Hotels & Resorts a buy, no analysts rate it a sell, and 13 rate it a hold.
