Thank you. Good morning everyone and welcome to our quarterly conference call. This is Eric Apfelbach, President and CEO of ZBB Energy Corporation. I will be joined today by Will Hogoboom, our CFO, and Chuck Stankiewicz, our COO. First, Will review the financials and then I'll give you a brief update on our status of our global strategy, our operating activities, and close with an overview of our businesses development activities.
