NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- Louisiana-Pacific (NYSE:LPX) hit a new 52-week high Tuesday as it is currently trading at $13.78, above its previous 52-week high of $13.76 with 1.4 million shares traded as of 1 p.m. ET. Average volume has been 3.6 million shares over the past 30 days.

Louisiana-Pacific has a market cap of $1.85 billion and is part of the industrial goods sector and materials & construction industry. Shares are up 66.3% year to date as of the close of trading on Friday.

Louisiana-Pacific Corporation, together with its subsidiaries, engages in manufacturing and distributing building products for new home construction, repair and remodeling, manufactured housing, and light industrial and commercial construction.
