Career Education Corporation (CEC) (NASDAQ: CECO), a global provider of postsecondary education programs and services, today reinforced its commitment to compliant and ethical behavior across its campuses and offices, announcing that Teresa (Teri) Cotton Santos will join the company in the newly created position of Senior Vice President, Chief Ethics & Compliance Officer.

“Hiring Teri Cotton Santos further underscores the extent to which we have fortified our compliance programs over the past year,” said Steven H.
