Qualcomm Stock To Go Ex-dividend Tomorrow (QCOM)

NEW YORK (TheStreet) -- The ex-dividend date for Qualcomm (Nasdaq:QCOM) is tomorrow, September 5, 2012. Owners of shares as of market close today will be eligible for a dividend of 25 cents per share. At a price of $61.11 as of 9:30 a.m. ET, the dividend yield is 1.6%.

The average volume for Qualcomm has been 11.4 million shares per day over the past 30 days. Qualcomm has a market cap of $104.69 billion and is part of the technology sector and telecommunications industry. Shares are up 12.4% year to date as of the close of trading on Friday.

QUALCOMM Incorporated designs, develops, manufactures, and markets digital telecommunications products and services. The company has a P/E ratio of 20.8, above the average telecommunications industry P/E ratio of 18.1 and above the S&P 500 P/E ratio of 17.7.
