Health Care REIT, Inc. (NYSE:HCN) announced today that senior management will participate in a panel discussion at the BMO Capital Markets North American Real Estate Conference in Chicago, IL. The panel discussion is scheduled for Thursday, September 6th at 8:45 a.m. Central Time. The panel discussion will be simultaneously webcast and may be accessed at http://www.bmocm.com/conferences/NARealEstate2012/webcast. The conference is scheduled for Wednesday, September 5 through Thursday, September 6, 2012.
