Digital Domain Media Group (NYSE:DDMG), a leading digital production company focused on visual effects, original content animation and major studio co- productions, reaffirmed its usual practice not to comment on unusual market activity. However, the company believes it necessary to inform its investors that the 400,000-share trade posted at 11:16:42 EDT yesterday was in fact an erroneous trade and was subsequently removed from the tape at 13:28:16. The 391,500-share trade posted at 11:59:56 was an accurate trade.

In view of the unusual activity in the company’s stock, the New York Stock Exchange has contacted the company in accordance with its usual practice.
