The stock ranged in price between $142.13-$144.82 after having opened the day at $144.14 as compared to the previous trading day's close of $145.60. Other companies within the Computer Software & Services industry that declined today were: American Software (AMSWA), down 8.4%, Greenway Medical Technologies (GWAY), down 7.6%, Tangoe (TNGO), down 7%, and Helios & Matheson Information Technology In (HMNY), down 6.8%.

salesforce.com, inc provides cloud computing and social enterprise solutions to various businesses and industries worldwide. The company delivers customer relationship management applications through Internet or cloud. Salesforce.com has a market cap of $20.03 billion and is part of the technology sector. Shares are up 43% year to date as of the close of trading on Wednesday. Currently there are 27 analysts that rate Salesforce.com a buy, two analysts rate it a sell, and two rate it a hold.
