DDR Declares Common Share Dividend Of $0.12 For Third Quarter 2012

BEACHWOOD, Ohio, Aug. 29, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- DDR Corp. (NYSE: DDR) declared its third quarter 2012 common stock dividend of $0.12 per share, which represents an increase of 100% from the third quarter 2011. The common stock dividend is payable on October 2, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 14, 2012.
