Advanced Photonix, Inc. ^® (NYSE Amex: API), is pleased to announce it has retained Torrey Hills Capital, Inc. (“Torrey Hills Capital”), located in Rancho Santa Fe, California, to act as investor relations consultants to the Company. Nitsan Hargil, CFA is the Managing Director at Torrey Hills Capital in charge of technology and will be responsible for activities related to API.
