China Xiniya Fashion To Hold Annual General Meeting On September 28, 2012

XIAMEN, Fujian, China, Aug. 28, 2012 /PRNewswire-Asia/ -- China Xiniya Fashion Limited ("Xiniya" or the "Company" NYSE: XNY), a leading provider of men's business casual apparel in China, today announced that it will hold its annual general meeting ("AGM") of shareholders on September 28, 2012 at 10:00 a.m. Beijing time. The meeting will be held at the Company's office at 4th Floor, No. 33 Wang Hai Road, Ruan Jian Yuan Phase 2, Xiamen, Fujian Province, People's Republic of China. 

Shareholders as of the record date of August 28, 2012 are entitled to attend the meeting. The notice of the annual general meeting of shareholders and the proxy statement related to the meeting are available on the Company's website at http://ir.xiniya.com.

No proposal will be submitted for shareholder approval at the AGM. Instead, the AGM will serve as an open forum for shareholders and beneficial owners of the Company's American Depositary Shares ("ADSs") to discuss Company affairs with management.
