Jack Henry & Associates Announces Regular Quarterly Dividend
MONETT, Mo., Aug. 27, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Jack Henry & Associates, Inc. (NASDAQ:JKHY) today announced its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $.115 per share. The cash dividend on its common stock, par value $.01 per share, is payable on September 28, 2012, to stockholders of record as of September 7, 2012. At August 21, 2012, there were 86,147,261 shares of the common stock outstanding.
