Aug. 24, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- The Cato Corporation (NYSE: CATO) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of
$0.25 per share. The dividend will be payable on
September 24, 2012 to shareholders of record of the Corporation at the close of business on
September 10, 2012. At the closing market price on
August 23, 2012, the current dividend represents an annualized yield of 3.4%.
