JBT Corporation Declares Quarterly Dividend
CHICAGO, Aug. 22, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- JBT Corporation (NYSE: JBT) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared its third quarter 2012 cash dividend of $0.07 per share of outstanding common stock. The dividend will be payable on September 17, 2012 to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 4, 2012.
