MFA Financial, Inc. Announces Third Quarter 2012 Preferred Dividend Of $0.53125
NEW YORK, Aug. 22, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- MFA Financial, Inc. (NYSE: MFA) announced today that in accordance with the terms of its 8.50% Series A Cumulative Redeemable Preferred Stock, the Board of Directors has declared a preferred stock dividend of $0.53125 per share for the quarter ending September 30, 2012. This dividend is payable on October 1, 2012, to preferred stockholders of record as of September 4, 2012.
MFA is a real estate investment trust primarily engaged in the business of investment, on a leveraged basis, in Agency and Non-Agency residential mortgage-backed securities.
