Globe Specialty Metals, Inc. Announces Dividend

NEW YORK, Aug. 21, 2012 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Globe Specialty Metals, Inc. (Nasdaq:GSM) earlier today announced that its Board of Directors has approved an annual dividend of $0.25 per common share, a 25% increase over the prior year. The dividend will be payable quarterly in September, December, March and June. Pursuant to this action, the Board of Directors authorized a quarterly dividend of $0.0625 per share payable on September 19, 2012 to shareholders of record at the close of business on September 5, 2012.
