Revlon & Gucci Westman To Celebrate 80 Years Of Bold Glamour During Fashion’s Night Out

Revlon, along with its Global Artistic Director Gucci Westman, will co-host the ultimate ‘glam’ party during New York’s Fashion’s Night Out on Thursday, September 6, 2012 to celebrate Revlon’s 80-years as a beauty icon. Consumers can purchase tickets to the celebration, which will include custom makeovers inspired by looks from Revlon’s eight decades created by Westman’s New York Fashion Week backstage team, as well as the latest nail art manicures by celebrity nail expert Jin Soon Choi, a Revlon photo booth to capture the night, chic cocktails and much more.

Those unable to join Revlon for its New York celebration will still be able to get in on the Fashion’s Night Out (FNO) fun with an exclusive preview of Westman’s newest color collection: The Shanghai Collection by Gucci Westman for Revlon, Fall 2012. Beauty aficionados who want to be on-trend for the coming season can choose from the entire collection or a selection of must-have nail colors/appliques.

These product packs, along with tickets to Revlon’s 80 th Anniversary Celebration during New York’s Fashion’s Night Out, go on sale today. All proceeds will be donated to the Personal Care Products Council Foundation to benefit Look Good Feel Better, a one-of-a-kind charitable organization that helps cancer patients improve their self-esteem and confidence by teaching them how to cope with the changes in their appearance related to the side effects of their treatment.

Tickets to Revlon’s 80 th Anniversary Celebration in New York will be sold for $50 and are available in limited quantities. Ticketholders will enjoy a personal consultation with Westman and make-up application from a member of her New York Fashion Week team who will help them choose an iconic look from Revlon’s beauty history. Partygoers will also receive custom Revlon Nail Art™ manicures from Choi and her team. Once prepped and polished, ticketholders can memorialize the night forever in the custom Revlon photo booth and instantly upload their favorite shots to their personal social media accounts. Complimentary small bites, champagne and signature cocktails inspired by Revlon’s storied history will be served. Guests will also have the chance to win two tickets to rag & bone’s hotly anticipated New York Fashion Week show, which will be held the following day on September 7, 2012.
