NCI Awarded $19.8 Million Contract To Support United States Army Information Technology Agency, Office Of The Chief Technology Officer

NCI, Inc. (NASDAQ:NCIT), a leading provider of information technology (IT) and professional services and solutions to U.S. Federal Government agencies, announced today that it was awarded a $19.8 million competitive contract to provide a variety of IT services, including program and project management, technology planning and forecasting, policy and process development, enterprise laboratory activity management, and enterprise architecture artifact development in support of the United States Army Information Technology Agency (USAITA), Office of the Chief Technology Officer (CTO).

This award represents new work for NCI and has a period of performance that includes a base year and two option years, as well as a six-month extension option and transition activities. Over the term of the contract, NCI will support the achievement of goals and objectives set out in USAITA’s strategic plan. Depending on changing requirements within the period of performance related to mission growth within USAITA CTO and its collaborative efforts with the Intelligence Community, the award also provides for certain surge requirements to be met as necessary.
