Trex Company, the world’s largest manufacturer of wood-alternative decking and railing products, today announced that Trex ^® Pergola ^™ has been named a 2012 “Best New Product” by Professional Builder and Professional Remodeler, two of the industry’s most respected trade journals. Trex Pergola was recognized for its exceptional style, design flexibility and superior durability in the Decking/Outdoor Living category of the magazines’ annual “101 Best New Products” report.

Trex Pergola kits are manufactured of durable and low-maintenance cellular PVC TrexTrim ^®, and are available in a variety of sizes and designs to complement any residential or commercial outdoor space. Each kit includes all the pre-cut components and necessary hardware for quick, simple installation. Trex Pergolas may be attached to a structure or free-standing, supported with round or square columns and may be protected with an optional shade system. In addition, all pergolas are offered in a standard white finish and may be painted to complement the exterior of a home or commercial building.
