BLUE BELL, Pa., Aug. 16, 2012 /PRNewswire/ -- Unisys Corporation ("Unisys" or the "Company") (NYSE: UIS) announced today that it has commenced a public offering of $210,000,000 of senior notes (the "Notes"). Actual terms of the notes, including interest rate and final principal amount, will depend on market conditions at the time of pricing.
Unisys intends to use the net proceeds from this offering to redeem all of the Company's outstanding 12 ¾% senior secured notes due 2014, including payment of accrued interest and premium.
Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is serving as book-running manager for the offering.
