Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH Opens Ninth Texas Location In Grand Prairie

Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH announced today that it plans to open its doors in Grand Prairie, TX, on Friday, August 17 at the new Paragon Outlets. The 27,548 sq ft store will be the ninth Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH location in Texas, and is one of the first stores to debut at Paragon Outlets, which opened this month in Grand Prairie.

The store will be modeled in Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5TH’s innovative ‘luxury in a loft’ store design, a novel layout that has been well received and set a new standard in outlet shopping. This design maximizes efficiency and flexibility, enabling easy changes in the general layout. The store will be bright, uncluttered, with no hard aisles and one consistent hard-surface floor throughout. All fixtures will be on casters, ensuring ease in movement, and all hardware will be interchangeable between fixtures.

A distinctive assortment of brands will be available at outlet prices in the new store, including women’s and men’s apparel, fine jewelry, and children’s collections. Women will find merchandise from top designer brands, including St. John, Escada, Donna Karan, Etro, Stella McCartney, Ralph Lauren, and Armani, as well as contemporary options in line with fall’s most sought-after trends, like jewel-tones, printed denim, and woven tops, and gorgeous leather, wool, and down topcoats. Jewelry options will include gold, diamond, pearl, and colored pieces from Roberto Coin, John Hardy, Judith Ripka, Lagos, Stephen Webster, Stephen Dweck, Ippolita, Tara Pearls, Nava Zahavi, Michael Kors, Heather Benjami, and Anzie. For men and women, OFF 5TH’s premier private labels BLACK Saks Fifth Avenue and GRAY Saks Fifth Avenue, and its Cashmere collection will also be available.
