H.J. Heinz Company To Host Annual Meeting Of Shareholders

H.J. Heinz Company (NYSE:HNZ) announced today a meeting with Shareholders on August 28 at 9 a.m., including a discussion of the Company’s Fiscal 2012 performance and Fiscal 2013 outlook, as well as a preview of first-quarter results.

The meeting will be hosted by William R. Johnson, Heinz Chairman, President and CEO, at the Fairmont Pittsburgh Hotel Grand Ballroom, located at 510 Market Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15222.
