New York Community Bancorp, Inc. (NYSE: NYB) (the “Company”) today announced that President and Chief Executive Officer Joseph R. Ficalora will participate in the Raymond James Bank Conference to be held on Tuesday, August 14th, in Chicago.

During his presentation, which is scheduled to begin at 11:35 a.m. Central Time (12:35 p.m. Eastern Time), Mr. Ficalora will discuss the Company’s business model and its second quarter 2012 financial performance.
