Delek US Holdings Declares Quarterly Cash Dividend

Delek US Holdings, Inc. (NYSE: DK), an integrated downstream energy company with assets in the petroleum refining, marketing, supply and retail industries, today announced that its Board of Directors voted to declare a quarterly cash dividend of $0.0375 per share, payable on September 18, 2012, to shareholders of record on August 21, 2012.
