Adjusted segment margin for the Gathering and Processing segment, which excludes non-cash gains and losses from commodity derivatives, was $65 million for second quarter of 2012, compared to $53 million for the second quarter of 2011. The increase was primarily due to volume growth in south and west Texas and north Louisiana.Total throughput volumes for the Gathering and Processing segment increased to 1.4 million MMbtu per day of natural gas for the second quarter of 2012, compared to 1.1 million MMbtu per day of natural gas for the second quarter of 2011. Processed NGLs increased to 37,000 barrels per day for the second quarter of 2012, compared to 28,000 barrels per day for the second quarter of 2011.
