AECOM Reports Third-quarter Fiscal Year 2012 Financial Results

AECOM Technology Corporation (NYSE: ACM) reported third-quarter revenue of $2.1 billion, a 2.4% increase from the third quarter of fiscal year 2011. Third-quarter revenue, net of other direct costs ¹, was $1.3 billion. Operating income for the third quarter decreased 6.5% from last year to $103 million due to challenging year-over-year performance in the Management Support Services (MSS) segment. Net income attributable to the company declined 6% to $69 million and earnings per share (EPS) grew 1.6% to 63 cents.
